Who are we?

INCLUSA’s network of change makers

At INCLUSA, we believe that lasting change happens through collaboration. Over the years, we’ve built a network of trusted gender and inclusion experts, trainers, and researchers who share the same passion and vision of transforming agriculture through equality. Depending on the assignment, we bring together the right mix of expertise and insight. From gender analysis and mainstreaming to climate change adaptation and community development, we have worked with all kinds of stakeholders in various agricultural value chains. This network is not a formal structure or staff base, but a community of professionals who collaborate on projects across Africa and beyond.

Together, we form a collective of change makers driving more inclusive, resilient, and equitable food systems.

How we work together:

  • Flexible collaboration: We form teams tailored to each client’s needs
  • Shared values: Everyone in the network is committed to inclusion, equality and evidence-based impact
  • Diverse expertise: From household approaches to value chain development, research, and capacity strengthening
